Photos are easy. Passing the bench test is not.
Every unit goes through the same three-stage check before it is listed, and the test record ships with the equipment.
- 01
Inspect
Cabinet, grille, connectors and rigging hardware are checked against the model sheet. Anything cracked or bent is rejected or listed as spares.
- 02
Test under load
Amplifiers and processors run a sweep and thermal soak. Speakers are swept for rub, buzz and driver mismatch. Consoles get every fader and input.
- 03
Document and pack
Test results are recorded against the serial number, then the unit is flight-cased or crated for export with photos of the packed load.

Cosmetic grade is the first thing buyers ask about and the last thing that tells you whether a cabinet will survive another tour. Here is how the three grades are applied in our workshop.
Both are proven three-way hangs with deep rental pedigrees. The decision comes down to amplifier ecosystem, rigging inventory and how much cabinet weight your venues can take.
What rental companies actually buy
Build a rig, not a shopping list
Can I buy a single unit, or is there a minimum order?
Single units are fine for most models. Container consolidation is optional — if you only need one console, we ship it by air or LCL. MOQ is shown on each product page where it applies.
How is condition graded?
Grade A is 90% or better cosmetic condition with no functional faults. Grade B is 70–90% with normal road wear. Grade C is 50–70%, fully functional but visibly used. Cosmetic grade never replaces the electrical test.
Do you test before shipping?
Yes. Every powered unit runs a bench test under load, and passive cabinets are swept for driver faults. You receive the test record and photos of the actual serial number before the balance payment.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, FOB Guangzhou, with CIF available. We accept T/T and can work with your forwarder. Inspection is welcome before the balance is paid.
