Loudspeakers
- Visual inspection of cabinet, grille, connectors and rigging points.
- Per-driver impedance measurement compared with the model specification.
- Slow sine sweep at low and high excursion to detect rub, buzz and air leaks.
- Polarity and horn alignment check on reassembly.
Amplifiers and processors
- Visual inspection, fan and filter check, connector condition.
- Idle current and channel offset measurement.
- Loaded run at rated impedance for a minimum of one hour; four hours for touring amplifiers.
- Every output verified; firmware version and preset state recorded.
Consoles and DJ equipment
- Every local input and output tested individually, not sampled.
- All faders moved through their full range in calibration mode; motor response checked.
- Touchscreen edges, encoders, jog wheels, USB and network ports verified.
- Firmware updated or documented, then factory reset unless otherwise agreed.
What we do not test
- Long-term reliability beyond the test window.
- Compatibility with third-party amplifiers, cards or software not supplied with the unit.
- Acoustic performance in your venue. System design remains the buyer’s responsibility.
