Shipping & transport
We ship FOB Guangzhou as standard, with CIF and door-to-door options quoted on request.

Packing
- Touring equipment travels in flight cases where available. Otherwise we build export crates with internal blocking.
- Cabinets are never stretch-wrapped directly to a pallet without corner protection.
- Desiccant and VCI film are used for sea freight; serial numbers are listed on the packing list.
Lead time
- Standard lead time is 7–15 days after deposit, depending on crating and consolidation.
- Container consolidation can add 2–3 weeks if you want to combine categories into one load.
- Air freight is available for single consoles, microphones and processors.
Terms and insurance
- FOB Guangzhou: risk transfers when the container is loaded. CIF includes freight and minimum marine insurance.
- We recommend all-risk cover for used electronics. We can arrange it on request and show the premium separately.
- Shipping documents include commercial invoice, packing list, test records and loading photos.
